Customers using versions of IRIS Law Business prior to 1.9 and still using SQL Server 2000 must upgrade to a later version of SQL Server before applying an upgrade. Customers using versions of IRIS Law Business prior to 1.11 should contact Helpdesk before upgrading as this will require a full client PC re-install of IRIS Law Business.
Please be aware that IRIS may, in future, transition to following industry practice by supporting the current version of software plus the previous two major versions.
