[LCSILB-8723] — When reversing a debit entry, a credit entry is now added to the bank reconciliation, cancelling out the debit, not a duplicate debit entry as before.
[LCSILB-8650] — On the WIP Posted gauge, the Limit figure is now added on the right side and no longer added to the WIP total value.
[LCSILB-8596] — Following the October Fees changes, the validation to stop the Either Way fee being used where the Representation Order date is prior to 3 October 2011 is now working correctly.
[LCSILB-8595] — In the Cash Collection screen, if you use the Column Chooser to select the Department field, the new column now displays the relevant departmental data.
[LCSIL-3531] — The issue where the posting date was used for interest calculations has been corrected. The "Client Deposit Transfer" (CDT) and "Client to Client Transfer" (CCT) postings have been amended so the cleared date is now correct when viewing these transactions on the Interest Calculation screen which means the calculations with back postings are correct.
[LCSIL-4712] — It is now possible to allocate a payment (either credit or debit) to a bill/credit note created on any accounts types the behaviour is the same whether the allocation is done at the time the payment is posted or as an allocation at a later date. There is a restriction when allocating a bill to a credit note. Both have to have been created on the same type of accounts even if the accounts type is subsequently changed.
[LCSIL-4304] — When producing the CDS6 for Criminal Law, for appeals work, where the time recorded exceeds the limit, the standard figure is now displayed in the report.
[LCSIL-6629] — When posting a bill or credit note, time is now only selected automatically once profit costs have been entered, they are left as unbilled when raising a disbursement only item.
[LCSILB-8719] — The issue where IRIS Law Business occasionally displays as negative has been improved, so should happen only rarely. It has not been possible to completely resolve the issue owing to the methods used to control the screens, but this will be investigated further.
[LCSILB-5684] — Two typographical errors have been fixed in the database. In the Diary application, when viewing appointments by venue, the column heading "Provisional" is now correctly spelt. Similarly, in Reporting, under the Definable Reporting / Accounts, the Financial Balances Analysis report is now correctly spelt.
[LCSILB-8646] — When a matter has more than one client attached to it, all clients now display correctly where relevant.
[LCSILB-8511] — When in the Family Fixed Fees module, the XML Gateway tab is no longer displayed if this option is not active.
[LCSILB-8454] — In Utilities / Firm Options / Storage Location, when the screen displays, the label on the status bar now reads Storage Location.
[LCSILB-8208] — In PMS with a matter open and you start to record time, the cursor is now in the Matter Ref field by default removing the necessity of you having to use the mouse to select a field prior to tabbing through them.
[LCSIL-1705] — When a credit note is raised with VATable disbursements, the VAT figures on the Bill Posting tab are updated to match the VATable Disbursements tab.
[LCSILB-8602] — In Document Production, if you use the command code 'Current Date' on a template with the 'date and time' format, the date and time now displays correctly and doesn't show the time as "00:00".
[LCSILB-8550] — The field codes for organisation type general contacts have been rectified so that when used in a document template, the data is pulled through.
[LCSILB-8556] — The "Key already exists" error that sometimes displays when switching to the Document History in a matter has been resolved.
[LCSIL-5121] — The issue of the screen flickering when saving a document to history when there are already a large number of items in the history has been resolved.
[LCSIL-4829] — In Version 1.18, when using the Produce Document from the Actions menu, the Application drop down box was inactive resulting in users being unable to access documents from the PMS folder when in a module. This has been created and when you click on the down arrow, the list now displays PMS and the current folder. Note: if you need to transfer a document from one module/application, you will need to copy the document to PMS as a first step, then on to the other module or application.
[LCSILB-8702] — When mapping Laserforms and linking an IRIS Law Business field to more than one Laserform field, you no longer get the error message that the key already exists.
[LCSILB-8673] — When documents are attached to Outlook emails from IRIS Law Business, the document is now given a unique name. This is to eliminate the issue of wrong documents being attached when more than 999 documents are the same name, e.g. Quick Letter, have been generated in the Outlook temporary folder.
[LCSILB-8176] — In the PI module, the integrated Laserforms have now been mapped to pull through the required data such as claimant name, defendant name, court name, case number and the firm name of the solicitor.
[LCSILB-7631] — When producing the SDLT (ES) forms, you are now offered the correct choices of forms, depending on which forms have already been produced. You are allowed one SDLT1 only, so the subsequent SDLT forms offered will be 2, 3, 4 and 5 only. However, if you have previously produced an SDLT 2, 3, 4 or 5, as these are allowed multiple copies, you will be offered all forms.
[LCSILB-5425] — When producing an N1 Claim form via IRIS Law Business, the Court and Branch lists now display allowing you to select the relevant details.
[LCSIL-4335] — When producing any of the IHT Laserforms, e.g. IHT205 or IHT400, the "after death" items such as inheritance tax, admin expenses after death income and capital expenses, added under the "Other" category no longer appear on the forms as they are not included in the initial tax calculations.
[LCSILB-8686] — When running the Bills Analysis report against All Fee Earners, the report now displays each fee earner's total correctly.
[LCSIL-4714] — The Client Last Moved report now includes all matters where there has been no movement since a set date, even those which have no address for a client which were being missed before.
