Batch Clear Down

This allows you to clear down old batches from the system.

To select a batch or batches to clear down:

1. Click in the box next to the batch number, this will enter a tick in the box, and click on the Cleardown button. If you wish to delete all batches click on elect All.

Note: If you currently have a batch open in the Accounts, this will be highlighted in Red. If you wish to include this batch within the Cleardown ensure it is not currently being posted to.

2. You will be asked if you are sure you want to clear this batch down, and then again for all batches selected. Click Yes to continue.

3. There is no necessity to cleardown batches.
