13.1   Submitting your CMRF / CMSF Claims

Once a CMRF / CMSF has been accepted by the Legal Services it will need to be submitted to ensure it cannot be cancelled at a future date.

To submit a CMRF / CMSF claim you will need to highlight the relevant claim under Previous Claims, right click and select View Details.

This will open the Claim History.

Click on the Claim menu and select Submit Claim.

The Status Box will then show that the claim has been submitted and cannot therefore be cancelled.
