Nominal Enquiry shows details of a selected nominal account.
Accounts has a number of pre-set system nominals. In addition, there are non-system nominals that are defined and maintained by your system administrator in Utilities - Accounts.
Each nominal has a type, and its type determines whether it is a Profit and Loss nominal or a Balance Sheet nominal.

Search for a nominal you want to view.
Viewing details of transactions:
On Nominal Enquiry, with the nominal account displayed, double-click the period or year you are interested in. Nominal Transactions opens listing the transactions for this period.
The bottom right pane of Nominal Transactions, Nominal Details, shows details of the nominal that the currently displayed transactions relate to. This pane is not editable as nominals are maintained by the system administrator, in Utilities - Accounts.

Reset refers to whether the nominal resets to zero at the beginning of each financial year. Reset is therefore selected only for Profit and Loss nominals.
Security refers to whether this nominal has been set up to only be visible to users that have been given permission to access secure nominals. Permissions are set up by the system administrator in Utilities - Licensing and Users.
