Delete a process or condition

(This section relates to users with an Enterprise Licence only)

Use this procedure to remove a process or a condition from the currently selected master process.

To delete a process:

1. In Process Designer, select the process that you want to remove.
2. On the Process Tools tab, click Delete Process.
• You can also press the Delete key on your keyboard.
3. Click Save.

To delete a condition:

1. In Process Designer, select the condition that you want to remove.
2. On the Process Tools tab, click Delete Condition.
• You can also press the Delete key on your keyboard.
3. Click Save.

Note

• There is no way of reversing this action so make sure you really do want to delete first!

• Deleting a process or condition physically removes it from the database. There is no way of reversing this action once you have saved your process, so make sure you really do want to delete it first! However, you can close without saving, which will revert your process to its previous state.
