Deleting a service

You can delete a service from ALB provided the service doesn't have any linked matters.

Caution Deleting a service will delete all information for that service.

• If the service you want to delete does have linked matters, you first need to remove the association on the matter record; follow Removing a matter association.
• If the service you want to delete does not have any linked matters, follow Deleting a service.

Removing a matter association:

1. Open the service and select the Linked Matters tab.
2. Double-click on the matter to open it.
3. On Contacts tab, right-click the service you want to remove and select Remove Selected Contact.
4. Click Yes to confirm. The service is removed from the matter record.
5. On Matter Details, click OK to close it.

Deleting a service:

1. Open the service.
2. Right-click the service you want to delete and select Delete Service.
3. Click OK to confirm. The service is deleted.
