You can use the following options to change how each view is displayed. For example, in the Tasks view you can view tasks for an individual or a group of users. These options appear on the View tab in the Display group.

Daily | Displays the appointments and notes for all of the users or resources in the current group. |

Individual | Displays the appointments and notes for the currently selected user. |

Group | Displays the tasks and notes for all the users in the current group. This option is only available when you select the Explorer Bar option and choose Tasks. |

Individual Classic | Displays the appointments, tasks and notes for the currently selected user. |

View by Venue | Displays the appointments for the selected user by venue (i.e. Court). |
