Display settings

You can use the following options to change how each view is displayed. For example, in the Tasks view you can view tasks for an individual or a group of users. These options appear on the View tab in the Display group.

Icon Name Description
Daily Displays the appointments and notes for all of the users or resources in the current group.
Individual Displays the appointments and notes for the currently selected user.
Group Displays the tasks and notes for all the users in the current group.  This option is only available when you select the Explorer Bar option and choose Tasks.
Individual Displays the tasks and notes for all users in the currently selected user. This option is only available when you select the Explorer Bar and choose Tasks.
Individual Classic Displays the appointments, tasks and notes for the currently selected user.
View by Venue Displays the appointments for the selected user by venue (i.e. Court).
