Window settings

You can use the following options to show/hide certain aspects of the diary layout. For example, you can hide the Explorer Bar so you can see the diary at full screen width. These options appear on the View tab in the Optional Window group.

Icon	Name	Description
	Notes	Displays a pane at the bottom of the diary window, which allows you to read the details of any selected appointments or tasks.
	Explorer Bar	Displays a pane at the left-hand side of the diary window, which allows you to switch between the Calendar and Tasks views. It also shows a month-by-month grid when viewing the calendar and filter options when viewing tasks.
	Limitation Dates	Allows you to choose dates to limit the time period shown in the diary.
