Log into the Client Portal
To access the Client Portal,
you will need to give your clients the Client Portal
URL to enter into their browser. This is determined by the location where
the Client Portal was
installed.
Important
To futureproof the design of the portal, there is an option to switch
between case, conveyancing and debts portals to enable future development
for different case types.
To log in:
- Enter the Client Portal URL
into your browser. For example, http://<your
firm’s website>/client portal/. However, depending on your installation,
this may be different. If you are unsure, then please check
with Advanced.
- When the Log
in screen opens, type the Username
and Password (which will be
automatically emailed by ALB
once an online
access account has been created) and click Sign
in.

- If your client has the Debts
and/or Conveyancing starter packs or agenda module, then they
will be prompted to select the desired portal before proceeding
by clicking View my case.

- When the Client Portal home page
is displayed, the logged in user is shown in the top right. From the
home page you can:

To log out:
- On the Client Portal navigation bar,
click Signed in as <name>
and then click Sign Out from
the drop-down menu.
