OverVu Dashboard

OverVu Dashboard is a simple and intuitive dashboard reporting solution that enables you to gain insight into the current performance of your firm and plan for the future by monitoring historical trends and current progress. It provides a comprehensive reporting suite that combines the most commonly reported metrics and allows you to define your own.

Built from a library of web parts – individual modules displaying specific data – OverVu Dashboard can be used straight out of the box with the standard web parts that cover areas such as:

• Lockup (including WIP)
• Time Analysis
• Key Fee Earner measurements
• Utilisation
• Billing
• Matters

The editor feature allows you to customise these web parts to allow for more specific reporting.

All web part elements can be drilled into. This provides greater details on any driven aspect and offers analysis at the root with a comprehensive reporting hierarchy with Firm, Group, Department, Team and Fee earner levels.

OverVu Dashboard provides a view of your firm from a single location by gathering data from any external source (such as Excel), adding it to your reporting dashboard. In addition any web part can be exported to Excel to allow the data to be shared in other formats including any HTML-based intranet site to allow critical, business wide information to be automatically distributed to the firm.

To access OverVu Dashboard:

1. Enter the relevant URL in the OverVu Url system parameter (to be carried out by your system administrator).
2. When you next log in to ALB the OverVu button displays in the Reporting section of the Tools ribbon.
3. Click the button and the OverVu login screen opens in the your default browser.
