Add a sub-process

Use this procedure to add a sub-process, for example, to add matters to a client.

To add a sub process:

1. Select the parent process, e.g. where adding an Add Matter sub process to the Add Client process, select the AddClient process.
2. Right-click and select Add Sub Process.
3. When you add a Sub Procedure and map the first field, the system enters a useLastAddedClient parameter. If the new matter is to be added to the just added client, enter "True", include quotes.
   
   You can also use the sub procedure to add data to existing clients, e.g. if you were adding a number of matters to a set client. In this case, enter the "False" in the lastAddClient parameter and then add a parameter for the clientID or clientRef and add the existing client's id or reference.
4. Click Save to keep changes and remain in the Web Service Call screen or OK to save and close the screen.
