Run XML Gateway
Once the Web service call definition and permissions have been set,

Web services.

run it.
- A document history dialog box displays giving
you the option to save a record of the import in XML format. Click
Save if you want to retain
a copy for future use, or Cancel
if you do not.
- The document is also opened, minimised in
and Explorer window for easy access and can be located in Document
Management in the Year, Month, Week folder.

run it.
- A document history dialog box displays giving
you the option to save a record of the import in XML format. Click

a copy for future use, or Cancel
if you do not.
- The document is also opened, minimised in
and Explorer window for easy access and can be located in Document
Management in the Year, Month, Week folder.
Error Handling
If there is an error in the run, a message displays and you can refer
to the resultant document to help correct the error in the import file
or Web service definition.
Be aware that part of the run may have been completed so, especially
in case of creating clients or matters, check for items that have already
been created otherwise you could end up with duplications if you just
re-run the Web service.
