Set up XML Gateway

Before you can run an XML Gateway Web service, you need to complete the XML Gateway call setup. This involves defining which applications and users are allowed to run the Web service. You can also set the XML Gateway to change or validate the data prior to it being loaded and also set the password, if required to access external Web services or files.

To set permissions to run XML Gateway:

  1. Open Utilities application and select Custom Data and Mappings.
  2. Click on the XML Gateway Call Setup tab
  3. Right-click on the required Web service and click Edit from the shortcut menu. The Web Service Call Setup dialog box displays.
