13. Re-issue Order to obtain information

13.1 Enter details for the reissue

This process deals with setting the debt re-issue type to Order to Obtain Information and the fee. It then displays the Order to Obtain Information screen for you to check and amend any details, generates a cheque request for the fee and posts the Client charge.

13.2 Produce N446

This process deals with generates a letter to the Client advising them of the re-issued enforcement, generates the N446 form, posts the relevant time and updates the latest stage reached screen.

13.3 N39 to be served by a Process Server?

This process deals with captures whether a Process Server is required, creating a contact for the Process Server, generating a letter instructing the Process Server, posting time, update the latest stage reached screen and creating a diary entry for the serving of the N39.

13.4 Agent required to attend hearing?

This process deals with captures whether an agent is required for the hearing, creating a contact for the agent, generating a letter instructing the agent and posting time.

13.5 Hearing result

This process deals with captures the results of the N39 hearing and, if there is a non-standard order, captures the relevant details of the order, generates a letter to the Client advising them of the results of the hearing and posting time.

13.6 Consider further enforcement

This is process allows you to consider which, if any, further enforcement method to pursue and, if appropriate, re-issue the enforcement.
