View maps and create hyperlinks

On the ALB contact screens you can view the client's, service's, service contact's or general contact's address location on a map. You can also create a directions hyperlink for directions between your office and the selected contact's address, in either direction. This is useful, for example, for fee earners who visit clients on site and for new clients visiting your offices. You can copy and paste the directions hyperlink into an email.

  • The mapping provider is configurable by system administrators in Utilities » System Parameters. By default, the provider is Google maps.
