Workflow

This section relates to users with an Enterprise Licence only.

A workflow is a set of activities that are used to execute a business process in a structured way. Also known as Workflow Logic, it controls the flow of these activities, which are performed by your users, and the operations that they involve. Activities include things like assigning values to fields, displaying user-defined screens, etc. For example, if you add user-defined fields to a screen, you can then use workflow to present the screen to your users so they can enter the relevant information. In Designer Studio you can create workflows in the Workflow Designer.
