Change appointments

There may be occasions when you need to edit an existing appointment. Maybe a provisional appointment needs confirming or dates have changed.

To change an appointment:

  1. In the Calendar view, do one of the following:
  2. Amend the appointment details, as required.
  3. Click OK to save your changes.

Tip You can also edit an appointment from within the Client and Matter Details screens. On the Diary tab, right-click an appointment and select Edit Selected Appt/Task.
