Change appointments
There may be occasions when you need to edit an existing appointment.
Maybe a provisional appointment needs confirming or dates have changed.
To change an appointment:
- In the Calendar
view, do one of the following:
- Double-click the appointment
you want to change.
- Select the appointment, and
click Edit Appointment
on the Home tab.
- Right-click the appointment
and select Edit Appointment.
- Amend the appointment
details, as required.
- Click OK
to save your changes.
Tip You can
also edit an appointment from within the Client and Matter Details screens.
On the Diary tab, right-click an appointment and select Edit
Selected Appt/Task.
