Marking clients as deceased

This information applies to clients.

When you are notified that a client has died, you should update their record in the database. Provision has been made so that if the date of death is known, you can enter this straight away or if not you can mark the client as deceased and complete the date of death later. Use this procedure to enter a date of death and/or mark a client as deceased.

To mark a client as deceased:

  1. In the Client List, select the desired client.

  2. On the Client Details tab, under Other Details, do one of the following:

  1. Click Save. The client is now marked as deceased.
