This information applies to matters.
Use this procedure to copy an existing undertaking. Copying simply duplicates an existing undertaking so it can be edited and saved as a new entry. In order to copy an undertaking you must first select the entry you want to copy.
To copy an undertaking:
Highlight the undertaking you want to copy.
Click Copy. The fields are enabled for editing.
Amend the undertaking details.
To clear any changes made, click Reset.
To cancel the process, click Cancel.
Click Save to add the new undertaking.
