Example templates

Legal Enterprise ships with a number of example templates to provide sample documents for use with different areas of the software. They can be used as they are or developers can copy them and use them as the basis of their own templates. In addition, several report templates are also shipped as standard, which are used to format the output of certain reports. These templates reside in Document Management and are listed below.

Credit control templates

The following example credit control templates are shipped with Legal Enterprise. They can be found in Merge Templates > Credit Control.

Important: The Legal Enterprise Standard Report Templates folder is read-only and the contents are updated with the latest Advanced templates as part of the upgrade routine. To prevent your templates from being accidently removed, it is therefore not possible to add/amend templates, add new subfolders or delete templates from this folder. In addition, if an attempt is made to copy/move a file into this folder, then a message is displayed preventing you from proceeding.
