User accounts can be modified at any time and any changes made are automatically reflected in the user group to which they have membership.
To modify a user account:
In the User security screen, highlight the user account you want to modify.
Amend the user account as required. Changes can be made on any of the User Maintenance tabs without the need to save changes on each.
To clear any changes made, click Reset.
Click Save to save your changes. The changes to the user account are saved.
Note
User accounts cannot be deleted. We recommend you mark a user as 'Disabled' if they have left the company.
