In order to speed up form completion certain forms offer selections of predetermined text to insert into forms. The various options are displayed in a drop down format and the desired text can be selected by double clicking on it.
At any point the drop down list of predetermined text can be accessed by right-clicking the field and selecting ‘Select Default Text’.
