[LCSILB-6695] — Microsoft Exchange/IRIS Law Business Diary Integration. With the Microsoft Exchange/ILB Diary integration, appointments and tasks will be kept in sync between Exchange and the ILB Diary. An initial synchronisation is run which allows the user to combine entries from both sides. Entries are added to the ILB Pending Area to allow users to accept or reject entries as appropriate. A report is produced so users can check what has been changed in their ILB diary. Following this, users can run a manual synchronisation at any time to ensure they pick up any entries created outside of ILB. This feature is chargeable and if you would like to take advantage of it, please contact your account manager or call our Sales Team on 0844 815 5575.

[LCSILB-6694] — Microsoft Exchange/IRIS Law Business Diary Integration Clash Checking. With the Exchange/ILB Diary integration, the clash checking and warning message has been extended to appointments created in Exchange. The entry appears in the Pending Items area for the user to decide how to proceed. If the entry is accepted, the ILB clash checking takes place. If there is no clash, the appointment is created in ILB. If there is a clash, the user is prompted whether to accept or reject. Accepting the new appointment causes the new entry to be created in ILB alongside the original appointment. Rejecting the entry causes the entry to remain in Exchange only.

[LCSILB-7578] — Headers and Balances. To improve performance in the future, from this release, when IRIS Law Business records an accounting transaction, values are also stored in balances tables in the database. These are ControlBalance (Office, Client, Deposit), BankBalance, MatterBalance and NominalBalance. These tables are populated as part of the upgrade process, so this upgrade may take a little longer than usual. The results can be viewed in Utilities / Modules / Logging. For this release, only the "Fast Trial Balance" report and the new management reports use the header tables.
