[LCSIL-701] — Personal Injury (Portal) Module. A new module has been created to allow clients to interact with the Ministry of Justice's Portal to log and progress claims via the portal. Currently, this module deals with the Claimant only. For those users with experience of using the PI Portal direct, the data pages have been set up to replicate the PI Portal pages. To avoid duplication of effort and to make the process as efficient as possible, where appropriate, existing data is pulled through from PMS, such as the Claimant's and Claimant Representative's details. Checks are made on the data to ensure it matches the portal's requirements with warning signs where this is not the case. To simplify the data pages, there are a number of conditional fields and pages that display only depending on previous choices. For example, the MIB Claims section in the navigation panel is only available when the Insurer type on the Defendant's Details page is set to MIB.
This feature is chargeable and if you would like to take advantage of it, please contact your account manager or call our Sales Team on 0844 815 5575.
