When creating appointments and tasks, you can use groups (e.g. fee earners, accounts users, etc.) to easily assign multiple users to them. Groups are managed by the administrators in Utilities.
The following groups are shipped by default – Accounts Users, Fee Earners, General Users, and Partners. However, other groups can be created, as required.
Once set up, diary groups will be available for selection by clicking Attendees or Assign Task when creating an appointment or creating a task.
