When creating appointments, you can assign resources to them (e.g. meeting rooms, interview rooms, equipment, etc.) to ensure that these are available when required. Resources are managed by the administrators in Utilities.
There are two elements to diary resources – resource types and resources. Resource types are, for example, the type of room (e.g. interview room) and resources are, for example, the name of the room (e.g. interview room 1, interview room 2, etc).
Once set up, diary resources will be available for selection by clicking Attendees when creating an appointment.
