Project Time Ledger

A separate ledger called the Project Time Ledger is available to help keep a record of time posted against projects. This is not possible in the Time Ledger, as this only shows time recorded for matters. The Project Time Ledger is accessible for client's projects and prospect's projects, under Client and Prospect respectively in the navigation.

NOTE The ability to mark time and work with anticipated time is not available in the Project Time Ledger. However, all other functionality is the same as the Time Ledger.

To use the ledger:

1. Open the desired Project Time Ledger.

• To see client projects, click Project Time Ledger under Client in the navigation pane.

• To see prospect projects, click Project Time Ledger under Prospect in the navigation pane.

2. When the Project Time Ledger opens, you can perform any of the following in the same way as when using the matter-specific Time Ledger:

• Adding time to the ledger

• Deleting time from the ledger

• Modifying time on the ledger

• Viewing time on the ledger

• Re-merging time posting data
