NetDocuments is a cloud-based DMS that is accessed using a web browser. Laserform can be set up to allow users to save forms to and open forms from their NetDocuments site.
Prerequisites
Each user must have ndOffice installed and a NetDocuments account.
Users are required to log onto NetDocuments for Laserform with their usual NetDocuments account details. ndOffice caches these credentials, so users are only prompted to log on the first time or if they have logged out of ndOffice.
Configuring Laserform to integrate with NetDocuments
Each Laserform installation must be configured to integrate with NetDocuments.
Run The Laserform Desktop Configuration Wizard setup wizard under the Admin menu and on the Document management system integration page select the NetDocuments option.

Turning off NetDocuments integration
You can switch off NetDocuments integration in Laserform by ticking Do not use NetDocuments in the Options. This applies to your own Laserform session only – Laserform's integration with NetDocuments for other users of the Laserform installation will continue to work.
Working with Laserform documents from the NetDocuments Web App
Laserform is not able to provide the same seamless functionality if you manage Office documents from the NetDocuments Web App.
If you open a form directly from the NetDocuments Web Application, then it will open in Laserform, but you will have to manually check in any changes you make after saving the forms.
As such we recommend that opening Laserform documents from NetDocuments is performed from within Laserform.
