Document Management Systems Configuration

The purpose of this section is to guide the Document Management System (or DMS) administrator through configuration changes required to your specific DMS, also outlining changes which may be required to the user’s workstation to achieve successful integration with Laserform Desktop

Integration Options

Laserform Desktop offers integration with several Document Management Systems.

The integration can be enabled via the Setup Wizard. Enabling DMS on one Laserform client will apply to all clients if using a typical client/server setup of Laserform Desktop.

Should specific users not require DMS integration, there is an individual user DMS override available under Tools > Options.

A further option available is whether to enable Front End Profiling.  This should be selected if you want a profile to appear as soon as you open a form within Laserform Desktop.
