Practice management

Learn about recording details of clients, matters, enquiries, services and contacts in ALB, searching for client and matter records, and other client and matter related information such as conflict checks and money laundering checks.

Opening the Practice Management System

In the ALB folder, double-click on Practice Management System.

PMS opens with the Home Page (dashboard) displayed. If you have set up templates, it will open with the last viewed template displayed.
